My name is Nicole Duley, a South African living in the UK with my husband & 2 kids. With 12 years of experience as a physiotherapist, I have developed my skills in treating musculoskeletal conditions and providing post-operative rehabilitation. My career is built on a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, hands-on physiotherapy, and I take great pride in helping each of my patients achieve optimal health and functionality.

I qualified at the University of Cape Town in South Africa in 2011 and have since completed training in dry needling, pilates matwork, and orthopedic manual therapy. My extensive experience in private practice has equipped me to effectively treat a wide range of conditions, including back and neck pain, headaches, TMJ pain, sports injuries, joint and muscle pain, post-operative rehabilitation such as knee and hip replacements, rotator cuff repairs, spinal surgeries and chest physiotherapy.

My treatment philosophy focuses on using a comprehensive, holistic approach to help reduce pain, restore functioning and improve quality of life. Techniques used include various hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, education/advice, posture correction and personalised exercise programs.
